Most doctors and health professionals don’t spend enough time with their patients on posture – largely because it’s preventative. If you don’t fix your posture first, no neck program will help you. We’ll tackle these first, so that everything we do within the rest of the program will be maximally beneficial.

(2) Self Massage

Self-massage is a great way to quickly reduce and relieve the pain in your neck and shoulders. It also decreases the stress and tension in your neck muscles, which stimulates repair, healing, and strengthening. It’s very important to do regular self-massage… and it feels good too! Q: I’ve heard that if you aggressively stretch or exercise your neck, it can make things worse - how does this program address that?
